[OOM] Jaq.

After about half an hour in the bar, Jaq limps upstairs to continue tending to his wounds there.

He settles down in the armchair in the corner, cleaning up the gash on his side and vaguely preparing himself to go "I'm fine!" if Lucifer turns up.

Jaq snorts, and sits down anyway.

"I don't love you, you know," Lucifer says firmly, sitting up to curl around Jaq.

"I mean, at all. Ever."

"I don't love you either," Jaq replies, reaching up to stroke Lucifer's cheek. "In fact, I outright despise you. You pretty much disgust me." The slightly dopey grin is evidence of this disgust.

He leans his head against Jaq's.

"Good," he says. "I wouldn't want you to think that you don't horrify and appal me, after all."

"I don't. I know how much you hate me."

Beat. Jaq's hand slides up to Lucifer's hair.

Softly: "You're so hideous."

Lucifer's smile is slow but bright, and he curls an arm around Jaq's shoulders.

"Mmm. You're uglier, though."

"Nah, you're way uglier."

"Definitely not." He nuzzles Jaq's cheek.

"You are nauseatingly hideous. You are beyond ugly."

"You're just saying that," Jaq murmurs, angling his head to kiss Lucifer again.

"Would I lie to you?" he asks, and kisses him slowly.

"Yes," Jaq murmurs against Lucifer's lips.

"Mmm."

He cups Jaq's jaw with one hand, steadying the kiss.

Softly, "Liar."

Jaq makes a protesting noise into the kiss, slumping an arm around Lucifer's waist.

Lucifer makes a sound that is indistinct but definitely disagreeing, leaning closer to Jaq.

Jaq makes a similarly indistinct rebuttal.

Lucifer makes a noise that sounds rather like 'nuh-uh!', but strokes his fingers across Jaq's bare chest.

Jaq snorts derisively. He also slips a hand beneath Lucifer's shirt, but that's just part of his eloquent argument.

"Cheater," Lucifer murmurs, with a soft pleased sound, sliding his fingers down Jaq's stomach, careful over the remains of his wounds.

"You're calling me a cheater?" Jaq replies, arching against Lucifer's fingers a little.

"Could call you ... other things," Lucifer murmur-laughs, pressing another brief kiss to Jaq's lips.

"Like what?"

Lucifer chuckles, nipping lightly at Jaq's bottom lip.

"Like tease."

"I would never tease you."

He nods vigorously. "Would too!"

Though he never said he didn't like it.
