OOM: Atton and Fett.
The ring on Atton's ship looks like it's undergone a renovation of sorts - though the faint smell of ozone in the air suggests this was probably not out of choice on Atton's part. Atton leads Fett in.
"So, what should we set the prize money at this time?" Atton asks, fiddling about with a console by the lockers. "My opening bid is twenty-five thousand credits."

He charges at Fett, ducking his head and moving to get his arms around Fett, one about his back and one around his leg and lift him up. It's a little clumsy, but if he succeeds he fully intends to slam Fett down onto the ground.

Somehow, Fett's reaction to getting punched in the face like this is...well, more nonplussed than anything. He takes a few of the punches as Atton settles in before hurling a punch at Atton's gut. Just because he's on the ground doesn't mean he can't mix this up a bit.

Once or twice he stumbles to the side as he dodges left.

Fett is now certain that the sound he heard when he punched Atton earlier wasn't his imagination...so, after a little bit of time forcing Atton into painful dodges, Fett throws another punch...at the same spot he nailed Atton with the earlier, rib-cracking punch.
And yes, there might just be a smug grin on his face as he plans it to give away what he intends to do.

Again, Atton doesn't say it. He just keeps dodging left when he has to, grimacing and stumbling more each time.

The punch hits Atton's side and he practically howls in pain, grabbing the ropes for support as his legs buckle.

Atton doubles over as the wind is knocked out of him, crumpling to his knees.
