Kale/Atton // MM continuity // Kazic III.

"Okay," Atton says, holding the door open for Kale. "We're going to have to stay with my brother until I find us a place of our own. Shouldn't be more than a few days."

The door leads out onto a rectangular white room with a dozen tiers, and large windows looking out on a dark green landscape with a glowing purple sky.

There aren't any people around, currently. It's practically a ghost outpost.

"No, it would be very good for the universe," Kale says, crossing his arms. He likes Atton's shirt. It's comfy.

"Well, if you say so," Atton says, dropping his jeans and stepping out of them. "Happy now?"

The grin on Kale's face is so broad it threatens to split his face in twain. "Yes, yes very very happy."

Beat.

"You seem to be too."

Atton grins back at Kale.

"Yep. Now come here."

Kale hops off the couch and saunters over to Atton, stopping just out of reach. "Like this?"

"I happen to know exactly who my father is." It's fondly said back and he inches forward.

"Good for you," Atton replies, grinning.

"Yes, and he heartily will disapprove of this." Not because of anything beyond getting into relationships with someone so far into the past is just messy and interfering with the space time continuum.

"Yeah. Parents tend to disapprove of me a lot. I don't get why. Do they hate crime or something? I dunno, man."

Now he drapes his arms around Atton's neck to nuzzle at his chin. "More like you're from the wrong time period."

Kale has no comment on the crime bit. He's done/does enough shady things on his own to not be unbiased.

"Huh. Well, if I meet him, I just won't tell him that, then," Atton says, undoing Kale's trousers and pushing them down.

"He'd know. Jedi Master veerrah good with Seeing things with the Force. Delvar talent." He continues to nuzzle, stepping out of the pants.

"Hm. You know, I never met my father." Beat. "Which is weird, considering that I was the oldest of six children. They may be my half siblings, though: You can't really tell all that well with Kazics, we all look pretty similar."

"Delvars tend to look alike. Same red hair, freckles and green eyes. But we're bred for that trait."

His hands rest on Atton's hips and thumbs rub around in circles.

"Now, that's interesting," Atton remarks, thumbs sliding along the waistband of Kale's underwear.

"Sith experiment, apparently," he says with a nip of the earlobe.

"Huh. Tell me more."

"Now?" And his hand drifts down Atton's stomach. "Or later?"

Later, Atton is pulling on his jeans.

"So. Sith experiment?"

Kale has reclaimed Atton's shirt for his own usage and sprawls lazily on the couch. "You know of Revan, don't you?"

"Yeah."

"Well, where I'm from he and Bastilla, his master? Keeper? had a child. And Revan, being Revan well lacking abilities and strength in the Force he's not. His descendants, somewhere down the line maybe four or five, caught the eye of a Sith."

"The Sith, who ever they were, decided that they were going to use the decedents as a breeding experiment. To see if they could breed a family a line maybe even a race, that had a high rate of Force Sensitivity in it." He tugged at his red hair. "To make it easier to keep track of us, as it were, red hair was made dominant in the line.

"Apparently, from the records I've read, Delvars have a tendency towards 'soft' Force powers. Not the flashy ones like telekinesis and Force grip, but foresight and communing with animals. Things like that. "

He lifted himself up on an elbow. "Also there is some sort of ... thing in us that can be triggered. I don't know what it is or how to trigger it, but it's in the DNA."
