Fett goes down forwards, getting locked into a painful position. However, he still has one hand free...and he attempts to put pressure on a pressure point or two on the hand holding his neck down. The twisting is awkward, and a successful placing of pressure on any point is probably avoidable...but he's at least hoping to force Atton to let off on his neck so he can get into a slightly less painful position.
