[OOM] Lake.
Atton has carted a little table and some moving targets out by the lake, and is testing out some of his newly designed weapons.
Most of them are swords of some kind, by the looks of it, but there's two high-tech pistols and what looks like an upgraded version of his vibrodisk.
He's also got a lamp set up. The lake area is dark at night.
Currently, he's got what looks like a sheathed katana in his hand - black metal, mostly, or black cloth. He's tapping some keys on the sheath, though, rather than attacking with it.

"You're distracting," he informs him, sternly.

"If you snap your fingers once, the disks should generate energy wheel blade things. Snap them twice and they should let out shockwaves."

"'Kay, that's pretty much all the vibrodisks can do, but that gauntlet has some additional abilities. There's a concussion blaster worked into it that fires from the palm, so let's try that first. There are three keys on the gauntlet. Press the first one to turn the disks into an inert form, and then the third one along and that should start charging the blast. From there on it's neurological control, so you'll have to think to fire it."
The keys in question aren't particularly obvious at first glance: They are three parallelograms of light lined up going down from the wrist, each one about the size of Atton's thumbnail.
"Alternatively, all these things can be done just by thinking them, but to be frank, the neuro-control on this thing is a little bit temperamental with commands more complex than 'move this way' or 'fire'."

Sam frowns at the glove, fingers exploring it before tapping experimentally at the little blocks of light. The discs pause, making him grin approvingly.
"Gotcha."
