Calmly: "I'm in bed, I've had the soup, and I'll take your treatment. But remember whose ship this is - you do not throw food, storm off in a sulk, passive-aggressive at me or insist that you're a failure when you're on my vessel."

Technically it's somebody else's ship that he stole, but same difference.
