[OOM] Taris, the Labyrinth, surface.

It's night when they emerge from the lift, with clear skies littered with stars, the majority of which are blocked out.

Up above them, casting a shadow over them, is the vast, distinctive shape of the Wyrm, engines trailingthrough its mass of tentacles, lights gleaming, sharp, spiney legs moving back and forth through the air.

Atton peers at the shape, thoughtfully.

"Well. Kriff."

Guppy stares up at it, the image of a planet catching fire filling his brain.

"Bloody 'ell. Now 'ow do we get 'way?"

"Well, it's all the way up there, and we're all the way down here. S'just like being inside again. Except this time the ceiling can move and fire missiles."

Guppy manages to stir his brain past the 'We're all going to die' thoughts again.

"I need to ask a stupid question. Can they see us from up there?"

Atton thinks about this.

"No," he says, eventually. "Too far away, and we won't be giving off anything they can track with their machinery. Any Force sensitives they have may be able to find us, though, or there may be enough people on this planet for us to just blend in."

"Are they likely to blow up the planet anyway?"

"Wouldna get the information though."

"I'd like t'think that if they were going to explode us, they would've done so already. C'mon, let's get moving. I don't like just lurking in this one spot."

Guppy nods, tearing his eyes away from the ship. His brain feels very distracted, but his body feels comparatively calm.

"Aye, can lose ourselves in the crowd."

"If we get out of the Labyrinth," Atton says. "Taris is chock full of people, but I'm fairly certain we're the only people in this particular area."

"This labyrinth is ridiculously big." Guppy says, following Atton. "The guy in charge is clearly completely insane."

"Aye, 'e is, but still must 'ave an end somewhere."

"Yeah. We must be close now, surely."

Guppy hopes so. He's tiring, it's only a matter of time before he starts making mistakes.

It'd be more reassuring if somehow there were people out here, it just feels too barren. Will moves up to pat Guppy lightly on the shoulder.

"C'mon. Hopefully we'll see a gate or something t'get out through," Atton says, starting to wander down the street.

Guppy smiles slightly, and puts his hand on Will's.

"You all right?"

"Aye, was more worryin' 'bout ye."

"There," Atton says, nodding. At the end of a long street there's a wall, and in it, a small gate with a lever by it. "This seems almost too easy."

Guppy sighs and gets his blaster out again.

"Aye, should test it 'fore openin' it."
