[Prethreading OOM] Will and Kate, Koor.

Atton doesn't head out of the bar, this time, he just opens the door to let Kate and Will through, leaning his head out of the doorway to talk to them.

"I'll meet you back here in ... lemme think ... two hours? Don't get into any trouble." He grins at them, before closing the door.

Kate blinked at that, and stared at him for a moment. Several emotions swimming over her features for a minute.

She then quietly replied, "In that case....maybe you should be the one to put it on." And she extended her left hand to him.

He slips the ring on and kisses her on the lips, taking her into his arms,

"Kate, love, talk to me, 'ow are ye?"

Kate was still gaping a little, and her mind seemed to have short circuited.

"I...I I.. I mean..." Oh hell with it. And she threw her arms around him, and kissed him deeply since obviously, talking wasn't going to work right now.

That reassures him a lot more as he kisses her back and a few people in the crowd applaud.

In time he has to breathe and rests his forehead against her with a smile,

"Dance with me?"

The music is a little farther away but he just wants her in his arms.

She nodded, and smiled, breathing him in. Her arms remained around his neck, and she hummed along with the distant music. Getting easier to mentally count more and more. She then started to sway with him.

He sways with her as he leads her through the crowd with spins and twirls, humming along.

She laughed lightly, as they danced.

"Dork," she whispered to him briefly with a smile.

"Aye, but yer dork."

"Definitely," And she kissed him again.

"Love ye an so lucky to 'ave ye."

They've also ended up at the dance floor where Will spins Kate around before pulling her back to his arms.

"Both lucky, and love you too, Will." She smiled as she danced with him on the floor.

The music slows and he pulls her even closer, swaying with her before taking one of her hands and kissing it.

"Pretty nice here, isn't it?" She quietly said to him.

"Aye, tis."

"Should get something to say thanks to Atton for this."

"Aye, we should, somethin' shiny an good for stabbin' folks."

Kate blinked and warily replied, "....Uh-huh, that sounds like him, but you can get that."

"Or could find 'em somethin' else, sure ye might 'ave a better idea, love."

"Um, sure, probably." The stabbing mention just put her mind back in a bad place again, and she was now not really focusing on Will or the place.

So he dances with her quietly, moving them to the side where he hugs her and moves a hand through her hair,

"Kate, come back to me, love?"

"Hmmm? What, Will?" she asked distractedly, her mind calling up memories of stabbing Brand, though it seemed muffled, and distant.

"Look into me eyes, Kate, come back from yer thoughts."

She turned toward him, but then glanced away again.

"It's nothing, just bad memories."

"Love, that's na nothin'. I'm 'ere to listen to ye."

She still didn't meet his eyes as she quietly replied at last.

"Just the stabbing comment, that's all. Seems stupid since it wasn't really me. Even though it kind of was."
