Some might think Atton's ill. He looks smarter and tidier than he usually does, though he still looks vaguely like somebody's dragged him through a hedge. There may be paceage, and the absent-minded shuffling of pazaak cards as he looks around the bar.

It's obvious he's slightly nervous. But that's alright, because he wasn't looking where he was going, and has just crashed into a booth.
